Can we have a way to view user's steamgift profile by their steam64?

The mods already have a way to view this for mod stuff like suspensions and what not.
The regular users don't need this since there's really no reason.

I'm not sure I'd ever use this on SG, but it would be incredibly useful on Steamtrades.

you can always ask a user to link their ST profile and check if it matches.

some people I was trading with suddenly went offline after I asked them.

Well last month a lot of beggars added me asking for free games. That would've been useful since I know that they came from here.
