This guys luck must be in the ++

So I am just a bit sad since the guy I won my first game from that was actually a dud, has now won his 3rd game having registered only 1 week ago. And the other 2 giveaways he has made have also been not received. Yes I have read the FAQ and I understand that some people may win straight away and so on and so on but when it is people like that it hurts just a little bit .

I think what the Op is trying to say is that he just won his first giveaway, but the code was a duplicate. Meanwhile, the guy who made the giveaway has won 3 giveaways in one week despite only being registered that long.

At first i thought you were kidding...

But then, i took a look at this guy. I wonder why someone who fails to deliver gifts 3 times in a week is still up and running. Maybe nobody reported him. Well, support staff simply cannot scan the whole lot of GAs for these incidents, we should act too ;)

"(person) has now won his 3rd game having registered only 1 week ago". => he won 3 games
"And the other 2 giveaways he has made have also been not received." => he made 1+2 = 3 giveaways (which were all fake, apparently)

well for some reason ppl who make fake giveaways can still stay in here,we need a rule that states if you make 3 GAs that are marked as red you have to make 3 green ones after that to be able to enter any further giveaway.

If you have 3 red GAs (within a certain time), then you should be banned no matter how many green Bad Rats GAs you've done.

for me its even better that way like SC does but some ppl may consider this not fair for new users because they may not know how this place works and make a mistake in their first days in here.

I understand being a noob (I'm pretty much one around here too), but 3 red GAs? Actually, I don't know if canceled makes it red...I was thinking bad/dup keys, never responding, etc. Maybe they just get auto-flagged to the mods and can't enter any GAs unless the mods determine the circumstances were sufficiently extenuating that they shouldn't be banned. IDK.

If you have a mistake, there are options:
you can delete the GA before it ends or even after it ends, you have 7 days for doing that.

3 times in a week means a lot more than a noob who made a mistake, imho.

Not true. If people report them they will eventually be banned. The problem is that nobody reports them.
Instead of creating threads like this, OP shouldve spent his time on opening a ticket against this user.

+1 I reported a user over a month ago for not activating 7 out of 8 won games, and the ticket is still open.

I suggest bumping the ticket once. Its allowed now and then, least thats what was told to me by support that answered one of my tickets. Once a month should be enough

And again you're wrong. Its not luck. I submit a ticket for this guy and it just got closed and he got suspended. The support is doing its job fine here.

I'd post some pictures of my tickets where the time of creation = time of resolved but I'm not sure if the support would like to see that. I can just tell you that the support here IS doing its job and I never had any troubles with those waiting times :/

Keep trying, enter GAs with few entries to have better odds, even if there are 10 entries you'll only have 10% chance of winning... now 100 entries 1% and if you enter a 1000 entries well... it's just math.
