I have Knights of Pen & Paper, BATTrix, and Sword vs Poker 2 on the go at the minute, and I'm enjoying them.

As for others anything by KairoSoft (especially Game Dev Story), and Puzzle Craft spring to mind, I'll return when I think of more. ;p

Here's a tip: Download appsfire, and check every once in a while for some games running free promotions. I've gotten most of the listed above using appsfire to track discounts and whatnot.

The only games you're expected to throw out serious dosh for are probably Elite Beat Agents, some lesser niche ones like Hundreds and Super Hexagon, and any proper Square Enix game. In TWEWY's case, get the NDS version if you already have an NDS, since part of the original appeal was its dual-screen combat.
