Which pack contains better games?

Playing Borderladns is my dream. Seriously, They both has Borderlands, They both has DUKE NUKEM FOREVER.
The question is which gae is better, The Darkness II, or Bioshock 1-2?

Darkness II is really awesome game but its short.
Bioshock 1 and 2 are good too but they want Games for Windows Live, if that not bothers you, get the Bioshocks.

They do not use Games for Windows Live. They are Steam activated.

No. The Duke Nukem Forever in the action pack is the base game and doesn't include the dlcs like the complete edition in the 2k shooter pack does.

Both have borderlands goty, both have duke nukem, but one of the is the complete pack. Darkness 2 is not bad but I'd definitely pick Bioshock 1&2 over it. Awesome games.
