I faced something rather unusual

Before 2 weeks I tried to sign up here but was unable CoZ I had not enough credit worth game but when I signed up today it displayed message that I was registered two weeks before...If this was the case then why do I have only 25 points, it should have increased right?

Yeah , but I think this for admin support. Open a new ticket in support.

It must have added you to the system when you tried to register when you weren't eligible. A small bug but the outcome is still the same.

First of all,i just quickly looked what you write,and checked if there is a hidden key,then read normally what you wrote and didnt understand,because ninjas can only read keys
