Is getgames not available in the US?

I tried to preorder watch_dogs (it's 25% there) but when I checked out, it told me that "We are unable to provide the following item(s) to the delivery address you have selected. Please remove them to continue with the checkout."

I live in the US, have a US billing address. Is getgamesgo or watch_dogs on the site not available to US customers?

ggg is a euro/ us site. but the UPlay they use for newer games is Euro
