Of course. Those who collect the Epic freebies (and don't mind playing on Epic naturally) can just save a few bucks that's all.
The amount of games collected there is so big this happens to me sometimes :)

It's also free on Prime (through Epic) right now so I'm guessing that explains the historically low price but it's still cool for those who don't want to play on Epic or want to have it on Steam
