Not in your library, but I'd suggest Total Annihilation, it's 20 years old now but it was (and still is) one of the best strategy games ever! It costs 5€ on Steam but you can find it on sale usually at -75%, maybe on other sites too.

Do you have Half-Life??? I would suggest HL1 mods, but I don't see it there.
Morrowind is playable, but I'd definitely wait for a better computer so you can mod the dated graphics and stuff (it needed mods when it released too, ugly character models and so many bugs).

I have a potato for a PC at the moment. It struggles to even run Unreal Tourney 1999 on middle-tier graphics. Could you have a look at my library and pass me some recommendations for games I would be able to play right now, which would also happen to be good games? Thanks a lot, all of you!
