Is it worth to play ?

for same price u could get starbound. But in case your going for multiplayer i would check your friends what they have and if its for solo play u could also consider terraria in the end its up to you. Look for some youtube videos or check twitch and see if u like it if yes than go for it :)

Starbound and Terrarai are waaay better alternatives.
