Yo,

just saw that Cities XL 2011 is reduced at GMG.
Unfortunately this product is not yet available in my region...
Does anyone know is the Game region restricted (activation on steam) or is it that GMG just hates me (buy restriction) ?

It is $1.99 here, in the US. It's isn't Steam, though. It's Capsule.
