My also not-very-exciting setup. And yes, that is a cat bed on my desk. I find that giving them somewhere specific to lie down means they're less likely to lie all over my keyboard at inconvenient times.

And also yes, that is a lot of network ports. We use them to run HDMI and USB over ethernet to the plasma TV in the lounge room. That way we can play games on the big screen without having to heft my whole PC out there.

I simply cannot fathom people having their keyboards and mice on different heights, how can you comfortably game like that?

here’s mine (without my wallpaper loaded as the latest ubuntu has an issue loading wallpaper from nfs on boot). as you can see, i need more space for paper stuff such as bills and bank statements.
