Quick question about Gamersgate

I wanna buy some games for giftings from Gamersgate. But im confused now, because it says in checkout : This game(s) will be availabe for activation in: Estonia. Has GG now some region blocking ? I've bought previously also from GG for giveaways, but i dont remeber that this text was there before.

You can just buy them as gift copies.
They have region-locked keys, yes, but they follow the traditional Steam regions.
