Yes. Because 100,000 times really = 3 times. And there are over 100 other threads on just the first two pages here. So if under 3% of total active posts about a single topic annoys you, then this is just not the place for you (not necessarily you personally, but anyone it bothers that much).

Seriously. There were like five active Borderlands 2 topics earlier this week. And yet I saw no one complaining about those being spam.
