its time for the real level up slowdown now, 8+ is a grind(or a wallet spending fest)... for minimal benefit! Slowly but surely I am chipping away to lvl 9 and then 10 will happen eventually.
I was 6.09 with 100 GA's sent when I returned to SG in may after my 8ish yr hiatus(some time in 2015 is when I took a break(between working OT and trying to reduce unnecessary spending))
if you ever want to motivate yourself to reduce spending from the addiction of GA's, just stop hiding things above your level.. and when you see 1-2 a week it helps.

haha people like to play with the cv's reducing or completely removing them at the drop of a hat so it's difficult to make any progress unless you really put some time into looking for games that have never been bundled or had a super high discount. It's like a game in itself.

Not to spoil the party, but glancing over the list: most if not all of the full CV games you've given away seem to have been bundled in the past and/or have been more than 95% off in the grey market for quite some time. All of these will get set to reduced or even 0CV retroactively sooner or later. So congrats, but you might want to prepare for the inevitable delevelling.
And in case you have been intentionally looking for games that just haven't been added to the list yet, you might want to change that strategy. ^^

Well not to burst your bubble but almost every game that exists has reduced or no cv on this site apparently even if it only had a small limited time giveaway and has been full price ever since. So this isn't news to me. I'm going to keep doing what I do because I don't have the disposable income other people seem to have. Thanks for eyeing me up though, keeping me on my toes. I'm pretty good at figuring things out so if people want to keep knocking me down by reducing game values well...

You seem to misunderstand the purpose of both the reducing CV and my comment as something to take personal and defend against. That's not the case. My goal was mainly to prevent the possible rude awakening after the celebration. If you were aware of that beforehand: all the better.

Not to burst your bubble but the list of games with reduced or 0CV on SteamGifts currently has 25,113 entries while the list of apps of the type "game" on SteamDB currently has 101,674 entries, so we're still pretty far off from "almost every game that exists".
And while there are certainly some arguable cases amongst these 25,113 entries, not least due to the nature of an ever changing group of volunteers making individual decisions based on a somewhat loose ruleset and the fact that to err is human, the overwhelming majority on that list has been reduced for good reasons.

It's also your 2nd month (from Nov 25th to Jan 25th). It took me hundreds of giveaways and 3 years to reach level 8. I think one whole year from 7 to 8. Sure those are great milestones, both congrats and thanks!
