THQ Bundle did.

First they added RF:A DLC and TitanQuest, then they added that big Dawn of War pack.

IIrc he HiB 3 had Atom Zombie Smashers and Steel Storm as bonuses, that were not listed with the other bonuses. The Humble FrozenSynapse Bundle also had SpaceChem and Trauma added on different days. The Humble Voxatron Debut Bundle also got bonuses twice (first Binding of Isaac/Blocks that Matter then Gish + some mini-games). I'm not sure about the Humble Introversion Bundle. I think the TechDemos were another separate bonus.
However it is highly unlikely that they still add something, since none of these Bundles got an addition in the last 5 days of its sale. The Humble THQ Bundle is an exception.
