I tried asking in the chat and messaged support a couple of times but received no answer.. the person that won one of my giveaways hasn't been on Steam in months and the giveaway ended a month ago. How can I get a new winner? Thanks.

You can't, just wait when the support replied.

Edit: You could also reply to the ticked yourself, they will read it again.

Or, alternatively, make a NEW ticket (if the existing ticket can't have categories added) with the ticket category "Reselect Giveaway Winner" and normal priority.

It'll be rerolled when support has time to address it. It's been a month, a bit extra won't hurt anyone.

The reason I posted here asking is because I had opened at least 2 tickets this past month and never got a response. Lol.

EDIT: Also hadn't realized they added categories now XD
