Yes.

$25 is the max then you only receive 20% of non bundle contribution for anything exceeding $25.

Nope, 30$ is the cap for bundle games, then, for every non-bundle game, you can get 20% of the price of the non-bundle game.

Example, you reach the cap (30$), then you gift a 10% game, you now can get 2$ from bundles games (20% of 10$ = 2$)

No..learn math.

If you contribute $30 worth of bundle games, the first $25 is converted into non bundle contribution and you have an excess of $5 bundle contribution. 20% of $25 is $5 which allows you to gain that bundle contribution and your total would be $30.
