[Steam] Contra Rogue Corps -91% on Fanatical ! (3.59 €)

Well.. yeah. I'm good with controller only support for this game though, but it's always nice to have more options on PC.

To be fair, the use of a controller on PC is much more extended that mouse/keyboard on consoles.

Seems like reviews were on point. No wonder it got a 91% discount. Hard pass from me.

There are a number of examples -- can't cite one, but I have definitely experienced this -- where the game isn't available on the country's Steam store, but the key activates and the game works.

If you are interested/wanted it; I found out it was on a similar sale on indiegala (Also 91% off), and the key works in the United States. About a week left on the sale if so.

Oof. Scrolled down, and someone mentioned this already as well as subbers to humble can get it for less off. @_@ (92% off) I wish I knew that earlier. Haha. Could have saved me 50 cents. XD

Yeah those stores take a lesser cut than steam does. Steam takes a higher cut but I'm sure they get far more sales on Steam than everywhere else.

Basically, you see better discounts on other sites because they aren't able to compete with steam otherwise

They make a -90% for this game directly on steam right now, if you want ...

It's pretty fun if you like twin stick shooters and games with loot system. The reviewrs were unfair (people wanted it to be a sidescroll shooter) but I agree that the game is ugly.

Actually there's nothing to get rid of with digital game keys. But it's clear the game wasn't well received (30 fps cap) so they cut their losses if they sell it for cheap. I bought it for the price of a latte.
