Unable to join some giveaways

hey guys recently i tried to join some giveaway and this notification popped up :
Error
Giveaway
Impire
Error
You do not have permission to view this giveaway, since you're not a member of the required Steam groups.

Im a member of that group,i try to sync my account join rejoin group nothing helps,talk to owners group dunno how to solve this. pllz anyone could help?

after you sync make sure the needed group is listed here: http://www.steamgifts.com/account/steam/groups
if it's not resync until it appear

Check here if your group is in list: http://www.steamgifts.com/account/steam/groups
if not, try to sync till it appears.
