Not a fan of the cash shop. 1.5$ for a key that unlocks a chest that gives you a a high chance to get a very horrible item. Its set up in such a cash grab its a turn off personally for me. Gameplay wise its plays like the other moba games, pretty much like Hon.

It's only fun, if you have a team of 5 and use Skype/ts. Otherwise: too many russians in your team, who run alone into five and flames the team after 5 minutes and goes afk...
Also trading items in those chats is horrible.

Don't know played it once got bored and confused and uninstalled it.

Level 1.It's pretty good.Just make sure your team doesn't have a dramatic pause RUSSIAN.

too much russians everywhere ... often disconnecting and so ...

lvl 3, have to play only with hardest ai because of trash teammates and queues.

Its very fun and its free..
But you should get some friends to play with! you will get alot of flame and if unlucky alot of Russians spamming you in their native! those two things are the only negative atm (on EU region) atleast.

Didn't like it. I thought it would be more like LoL(which I like very much). Thing with Dota is, for me at least, is that the camera is too close to the floor even when I zoom out. I would keep playing LoL if 1)People actually communicated 2)If the camera for the Purple Team was fixed(HUD is in the way, and I can't see the enemy if he's in the bottom left corner, while if I was on the Blue Team, I could see the enemy in the top right).

I've got 200+ hours in Dota 2, been playing since January, and been playing Dota on-and-off before that for a few years.

It's a huge improvement from Dota. I was never a big Dota player when it was just a map in WC3 as it was extremely cumbersome to play properly IMHO. Would only play with friends because that was about the only game that NetCafes would have up on LAN, next to CS 1.6 and CS Source.

I'm still level 1 however - 20ish wins 20ish losses. I don't play on matchmaking too often because of the way the community is. I usually spend time playing unfair bots with friends, which gets way tricky towards the end because allied bots can't exactly read people as well as they read each other.

Not much of a fan, I really tried to enjoy it, but it's just not my style, found it just very slow and boring, and every match, someone always left, so nothing ever got recorded, which also made it feel like a waste of time, that said, I only managed to reach level 2 :P

440+ hours into dota2, so now I'm gonna bash it and say LoL is much better. Haha

On a serious note, I think the game is awesome, I was pretty sceptical about many things when I first heard that Valve started making dota2 (as I've been constantly playing the original since 2007), but tehy actually managed to keep the gameplay and general "feel" of dota1, while adding numerous features that make it more enjoyeable than the dated wc3 based counterpart.
And I wont even get into the care Valve shows towards eSports and pushing the high level gameplay content towards all players.
Its just purely awesome.

It's too difficult, the matches take way too long, and just downloading an update slows my computer down to a crawl.

Well i played Dota on battlenet, then on garena and now i am enjoying in dota 2. I have over 1000 hours played. And people should understand that dota is a team game, which means that it is best to gather with a few friends and play together, you will enjoy certainly. And if you have leavers in your games, thats because you are in low priority pool, which means that you do the same, or other players reported you for a variety of things. Btw on this site https://dotabuff.com/ you can check you score in dota, and score of your friends( lifetime stats, most succ heroes, your win rate and so on. Great game for sure :)

Great game and a decent communtiy with some dicks and some ragers but mostly nice people and good players and level 1 :(

Horrible game. Play Awesomenauts instead, infinite times better, funnier, shorter, and balanced.

And here's a groundbreaker: has more than ONE FUCKING MAP.
