Group Management Tool

Hello guys, 3 months ago i made a group here in steamgifts.
In the beginning the management of the group was simple as there were like 50-60 members. At this time the group has 100+ members and in about a month will reach 150.
My main problem is that i have to make big excels to keep track the users (who is following the rules, date joined, history of the user, banned, etc..)

I searched the web to find a program or a script that will make my job simplier or easier but i found nothing 😥
Do you know any program - script - plug-in - tool that can help me keep my group rules up to date without so much efford like excel ??

I cant enter custom rules in the program. But it has some tools that seems helpful.
Thank you very much for the suggestion and yeah it seems that i'm not good at searching :P
