Good milestone, but I'd like to remark that winning so many games and still maintaining a 2:1 CV ratio is a great feat.
About games in Steam, those are the ones with +1. Probably you have many more. E.g. Steam says I have 3,511 games, but I know I have 4,298. Those are almost 800 games not giving +1, but my "Crap" collection in my library only has 65 games. (I don't count applications, soundtracks or other media, which are 358.)
I have almost the same ratio as you but I've given way more games than you. Less quality games, too many 0CV.

Yeah almost double counts thats like 8.6k games. Some of them banned =)

CV on SG is problematic. Quality games get bundled or given away for free at one day to celebrate something or other. After that those games are "burned" if you're aiming for CV. Meanwhile price inflated shovelware earns you full CV and it can take years to correct and when CV reduction finally happens backdating might be done wrong.
This leads to the absurd situation that quality games aren't given away due to their 0 CV status while exploiters earn full CV gained from trash.
I wouldn't let SG's CV rating come in my way. The only valid question when doing a giveaway should be if you'd play the game yourself or not.
