Dishonored got a discount, but a similar one will up in winter sale, too. Also, if you ever plan to buy DLCs for Dishonored, then you should buy the GOTY version - also, this version also will be discounted at any sale.

Dishonored GOTY can go lower in the Christmas Sales I think, go for the Humble Bundle.

Plus that Humble Bundle isn't a thing that's going to happen again.

Definitely go with the Humble Bundle since it's a really good price for KOF XIII and Dishonored goes on sale pretty often. All the more reason to get KOF XIII if you have friends that play it too.
