alienware has no respect for people when it comes to email. they spammed me for years, i kept "opting out" but they would keep sending me spam. i had to report them to some website that handles tele/email spammers in my state.

I find that kind of funny, its sound less "professionnal" for sure, but that half irony half cute thing when saying thats not the ARP but the loving friendship made me smile haha

Isn`t it funny how standards differ in business/economical to real/civil/private life ..
Privately this behaviour is "how to further alienate(sic!) your ex-partner" 1 on 1 and widely considered as stalking, yet statistically speaking it must work. All those businesses surely had seminars on it!

I didn't receive any email most likely because I frequent the website but they seem to think people are there because they own Alienware/Dell hardware and not to grab free games. Majority of the questions they don't even include answers to negatively describe their products lol

That is honestly one of the cringiest "come back to us" correspondence I have ever seen.
This is way worse than the snail mail my family got from Sky TV many years ago. It was probably 20 years ago. I was a teen at the time. They sent us a pair of cardboard red lips in the post "Let's kiss and make up. Get 6 months at half price" Or something like that. It was worded so creepily hilarious, that it stuck with me. Hahaha!
