Stupid requirements will always be stupid.
People use 6-7 thousand languages, and if you don't know - for many of them English is needless.

The requirement was for 0.67 comment/entry ratio or 350 comments per month, which is honestly not that hard to meet at all. Your understanding of the English language seems more than adequate for you to participate in conversation. You enter 800 or so giveaways per month, yet only make 25 or so comments per month. You're clearly not active on the forums, yet you seem to be offended for being excluded from a group meant for active forum users. Do you also get upset when you can't join a group meant for Chinese gamers when you yourself are neither Chinese nor speak the language?
