Won giveaway, key is already used.

I won a giveaway and the key showed up next to the game in the "Giveaways won" tab. I tried activating it but it says that it's already activated.
Should I contact the creator of the giveaway or SG support?

Creator. If within 7 days you are not provided with a working key, mark the giveaway as not received.
