Final edit in the bottom!

Hello fellow SteamGifters,

It is me Mario!
No, scratch that.
It was me Dio!
No wait, still wrong.
I am enigma9q! Yes that sounds more logical.
You may remember me from the previous discussion about my newborn, he is fine by the way :D.
Or you may not, that's more normal.

The thing is that I am out of real world luck.
My boiler is broken since previous week, the technician came found no problem with it and left.
He told me, that it was the pipes of the heating system that was at fault.
I called the landlord, he send another one for the pipes. He found no problem as well, and told me that it is a problem with the boiler...
That day, my wife got a problem with her back (probably strained muscles from the cold and the baby).
So now I have to take care of all the things by myself. That is straining my, already out of shape, health...

New week, still without a working boiler...
I bought a heater last Friday, because you can't have a small baby in a cold environment.
I am waiting for the dehumidifier, because, even though 2 weeks ago we had 25 Celsius degrees and I had to bring out the fans(...), from the moment my boiler broke down, we had thunderstorms, 10 degrees and freaking 70% humidity inside the house.
Outside you ask? Yes, 85%...

So what is the deal with this wall of text?
Where are the giveaways man?
Yes, of course.
Please post some good vibes below while I am adding the GAs slowly.
I will slowly add things, in the linked GA here.
So kindly visit it again tomorrow (more good vibes for me!), so you will not lose any.
Edit: You should visit tomorrow, I messed the starting date in some. :O

They will run until Friday.
Hopefully, with your help I will have an up and running boiler (and wife xD).

Thank you kindly for the good luck vibes!

EDIT:
Thank you all for the good vibes!
Small update:
Still waiting for the technician to call, the baby is warm! The heater with the dehumidifier do wonders.
Thank you all for thinking about him. <3

Update:
God darn it!
The technician came and he could not change the broken component BECAUSE the boiler did not have enough space on one side.
Yes, it was installed wrong...
Or he was bored to do all that work, because last time the other one took out lot of stuff...

Today the do-it-all fixer of my landlord will come to create the space next to the boiler. Thankfully, it is wood.
Why would you put it like this though? Wood next to a heating boiler? I do not know...
There is a new appointment, for the boiler repairing company, on Monday.
Funny part: My landlord said they told him Wednesday. The company called me to change it from Thursday to Monday. I was confused but lucky.
Sigh... Maybe I should make another GA to appeal to Lady Luck?
Because with all the take care alone of the child business, my lower back is killing me...
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
No wait, thank you for reading.

Final edit!:
Some difficulties along the way but finally yesterday the technician came.
He fixed it!
And it took him 15 minutes. 10 of these were to remove the casing of the boiler...
Well, all ended well so I should be happy.
I am, but a little pissed as well... Why you ask?
Because we have 25 Celsius degrees from the moment it was fixed!!!
Yes, I had to open fans to combat the heat...
But it can be due to all the good vibes I got!!!
So that means that I have to add a Giveaway!
Love you all!

🔥Heizung?🔥
That's right! Let's use the landlord as fuel for the bonfire!(*p'Θ'q)!
Is it forbidden by the laws of mankind?
It can't be helped.

Your room is the only one that doesn't get warm?
There may be a buildup of dust or air in the pipes.
If the former is the case, lightly tapping or vibrating the pipes for a while may solve the problem and make them warmer.
For the latter, you need to bring a special screw called "Entluftungsschluessel" to vent the air.
Usually these would be done by maintenance personnel or the landlord.
In Germany and Belgium, this type of heating is more common, and spies from the East have been having trouble with their heaters.
It's difficult because of the diversity of housing laws in different regions of the earth.👀

I'm sure it will warm up quickly.(*p'Θ'q)
(It's a good idea to just lightly tap on the Tap point.)

Get some paste for your wife. I think it may help. And ask landlord to send both technicians so they can work together to figure out where the problem is.

Lastly, sunny days are on the way ;)

Well, the boiler technicians is a company that is annoying.
The pipe technician was fast enough and made a water mess (darn it).
So I have to wait the annoying company again now...
Thanks for the advices though!

This is not a viiiiibeeee!!! BOOM!!!!!

Thank you! Unfortunately it is a company contracted for the boiler and a technician for the pipes from the landlord.
The company is to blame -.-

Have some good vibes. My Italian grandmother would make you throw salt on the corner of your house (she was not superstitious but she used to say "it can't hurt, can it?")
I am elbow deep in (seemingly) unsolvable landlord BS myself and I don't have a tiny baby so I sympathize.
I hope things get solved soon.

Thank you! Hopefully your BS will be solved as well. You can have some of my good vibes. Too many have send me :D
My wife tried the thing with the salt. We had to change it daily. I don't if it is an omen...

Heh no such things as omen, brother. You'll be fine. And thanks for the good vibes, I'll probably move before this is fixed. I'm just waiting for the pandemic to be over to be able to look properly.

Maybe it's hard to believe, but my boiler is broken since last week too. So I put a big bowl where it drips and pour out the water from time to time. Well, the warranty was for 5 years and the boiler last about 11 years, so still, it was good enough. But the new one is on it's way, so I just need to wait. So, I'm sending you good vibes, because I exactly know how it is. :D

Sending Positive Vibes
Check your local laws, your landlord is likely to reimburse you for certain expenses (or at least pro-rate your rent for the days the water heater was busted) due to Implied Warranty of Habitability.
Especially if you can argue you have a young child that needs to stay warm.

He reacts to fast to my problems so I would not want to follow such a procedure. Unless of course if it goes too long.
(hopefully it wont, I got so many good vibes!)
