Humble kind of did it once with Frozen Synapse, but yeah, it's not technically a bundle. More like an IGS promotion.

I think it's possible to add your costum amount, but you have to type it in. The slider only gives you even numbers though.

Or it's just me mixing it up with something else... I always bought those with even numbers so I'm super not sure now.

Noone seemed to post about them, but there's a new Greenlight Bundle for those who love that kind of stuff. This time it's only one game though, and the promo ended pretty quickly. In fact, the remaining time right now is "Last Chance", so grab it quickly if you want it. The game is Somewhere Out There, a 2D platformer/shooter of some sorts with a kind of Halloween-ish style. Obviously, no BTA level or $5 tiers this time, since it's just one game.
The other bundle won't last for too long either, it ends on the 11th of November (2 days from now). It's an AGS (Adventure Games Studio) based bundle, so it packs you 5 point-and-click adventure games of actually great variety. One of them is a stealth game, not an adventure one, though. The games are called (I am not making this up I swear...)
Barely Floating - All I know is it takes place on some kind of boat or ship, and it looks pretty neat.
Patchwork - no idea what this is, haven't tried yet
Nancy The Happy Whore - Oh just when you thought Sam & Max were a tiny bit too dark and bizarre, there comes Nancy the happy whore and her friend who's an ugly drug addict... Yeah, and it's a comedy game. It's a must play, I tested her (giggity) and it is not unlike those old Lucasarts bizarre comedic games.
Piss - What the fuck is up with this title... Anyway, the game is pretty imaginative and creative with its art and design; though it's once again pretty bizarre and depressing to a bit. Maybe it'll change after a while, but don't expect anything upbeat out of it. Oh, and it begins with the heroine taking a minute-long piss, with sound effects and all (thankfully without actually showing it) after waking up from being piss-ass drunk. Now the title kind of makes sense but stil... Bottom line: I kinda recommend it.
Jailbreak - is what its title suggests; a "prison break" situation, a stealth game, done in AGS. I thought only Yahtzee tried to do that... Havent tried it myself though.
The bundle is called Summerbatch vol. 1, which is weird, but it stays true to the interesting titles in the bundle itself at least. Wholeheartedly recommended, minimum price was around $1.5 if I remember correctly. Don't be a cheapo though, throw a few bucks there. No BTA.
EDIT - Greenlight one ended some time ago now, but definitely go for the other one. Those games are fun as far as I tried them.
