So, why is his contributor's rate not reset to 0? (there are some users out there who have obtained $100+ of ratio by giving away 5 copies of keys from bundles, game by game, are they the "best contributors" to this website?...)

I would've mark the gift as not received as well if I found out the gifters had an attitude like you.
