How are people only trading the Dungeon Defenders Complete Collection if it's part of a bundle? Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the bundle activate at once?

If I understand your question correctly, the bundle comes with all individual keys, and Dungeon Defenders Complete Collection is one of them.
