it works but damn, i thought the deluxe upgrade includes all of the DLCs (shouldve noticed the "data added" of yours) but turns out its just two suits and some cars, not worth it at all

I made the mistake of also buying the Greaser and the Vegas DLC, not knowing that I already owned them (it wasn't shown as owned in the Steam store). Since I don't know if the keys are duplicates, I figured I'd just share them here for hopefully someone else to use.
Mafia II DLC: Vegas Pack (ΠΠ»ΡΡ Steam/RegionFree) - C8Q2E-VH2DA-ZSRTE-ITKGT-66YV? <- The last letter is the one between O and Q.
Mafia II DLC: Greaser Pack (Key Steam/RegionFree) - C8W2F-B426Y-MD2FL-4EX23-V9FN? - The last letter is the one between S and R.
Please let me know if they worked. :)

The Vegas pack key has been taken by a silent one, the other idk since the letters between S and R are either one of 24 others, or none as S comes after R π

if you have a Mafia 2 for Japan,
then yes, this DLC Will not suit you,
because the Japanese version of the game has a separate appID and separate DLC :(

the DLC keys came with the Russian version of Mafia II Deluxe
the description says that the keys with the regional restriction RU-CIS, but the DLC keys do not have a regional restriction.
