Anyone tried to get a refund on old games?

I'm sure bunch of people have tried it with varying success.

I tried to refund Breach (terrible multiplayer FPS) through their system and it said something like 'it's very old purchase, sorry'.
I wasn't satisfied with that so I wrote a support ticket and they replied 'please, if you want to refund something, use our system'.
So no, we can't refund so old games... Sadly.

They refunded me 'The District' cause it is a scam and not a game, just a Unity asset. And I wrote all that. I had this game for like 2 months or maybe even more and "played" it like 0,4h.
