Winning E-Mail Alerts?

When you win a giveaway right now, is there any alert to you that you have won?

I'm curious to know if the site sends an email message to your email on file with a congratulatory message and the game name you've won. That way you know your prize is coming!

I'm sure this is the case... if not it should be ;).

I can't find any info about it, so figured I'd ask!

Or, maybe, just maybe, you should be aware of what giveaways you may have entered, and perhaps have some vague idea as to when they end.

Maybe it would still be nice for when you are on the go, and you get a email alert on your phone. Not all of us on the site check it every few mins. But even so there is a week to send the giveaway, it wouldent hurt sending a email alerting us though.

That's exactly my thoughts... I have to travel quite a bit for work so I'm not always at a computer able to check and log into the site, but an email notification letting you know you won, and what title would be awesome. Right now I'm entering numerous small giveaways a day, it's near impossible to keep track of every single one and when it ends...

Glad everyone is so welcoming to newcomers... sheesh.

The winner already has your email address and will contact you. That should be plenty notification along with the "won" list at the bottom. Also, you have a won list in your Manage Giveaways area.

It displays a little green banner at the top reminding you to mark the gift received when you receive it.

There is a big green bar saying your won a giveaway, similar to the bar it displays when one of your giveaways ends. You can't miss it.
