There are quite a few offers from the following publishers/events, I haven't had much time to look at it in depth.

BANDAI and Star Wars are more specific sales from the publisher but there are several offers as well

Sadly that Little Nightmares I & II (Bundle) is not a complete the set so is more expensive for me than just buying Little Nightmares II alone.

Sonic Generations is still 19.99$ in both bundles, the Ultimate Bundle is 55$ and the Legacy bundle is 19$ for me.

It should be mentioned that Humble has the same SEGA deals plus the full 20% discount for Choice subscribers on top.

I'm currently eyeing the last missing Warhammer 3 expansions..
And the great Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Digital Deluxe Edition also is already 44% off.

That Etrian Odyssey bundle + discount is three 40+ hour dungeon crawlers for a fourth of their normal price, definitely worth checking out if you're interested in the genre.

Aren't the remakes supposed to be better? I know they're not on steam but it's a reason I've held off on the remasters

This will be my entry to the series, so I can't give you a straight answer on that.
I've heard everything from 'Untold 1 is a straight up upgrade in all aspects' to 'the additions/fixes are cool but not having them is fine too' to 'they're completely separate games' (the last one I hear more for Untold 2 than 1). Generally people are positive about the Untold versions, though.
There's no Untold version of EO III, so if you're worried about only playing the best version there's that. I've also heard that IV is a good starting point but that's not on Steam.
