Regarding rerolling: You're probably already know all of this, but just in case... If you are properly synchronised with Steam, SteamGifts will not let you enter a giveaway for a game you own. However, SteamGifts cannot synchronise most DLC (including packages with the base game and DLC), which means that many people will enter without knowing they already have it (that's why it's almost always only DLC).
Recently, I had to reroll the same DLC giveaway twice, as both of these winners already had it. It was for a single copy on a Level 2+ giveaway. I also had to reroll a Level 3+ DLC giveaway for the same reason.

So, my ratio's been getting out of hand again, which means, time for a train. When I bought these keys I was at 666 games, and this train should get me to level 6. Hence the train of 6's. Level 1, ends on ... the sixth!
WINNERS NOTE: Those who won copies of Civil War II, To End All Wars, and Alea Jacta, the dlc's for those games got 0 entries from the train, I will be creating public giveaways after you have all marked recieved for those dlc, should be relatively easy wins, as the dlcs for these are not in high demand.
