Silence after job recruitment test is sucks as hell [Help]

Guys i've been applying as Game Tester (QA) and really did well on their test. They said in maximum 3 days they will call me for interview if they think im good. It's almost a week already, and i still got no phonecall. I have done this test for 2nd times. In my 1st test last year i did "just good" and i got invited for interview but cant work there because its fulltime job and im still in college. I really want this job, and i know i am really qualified for this. What should i do? should i try again next month?
