Now when I visit the site, the info box says "1 apps" and the button says "change" Pressing the button brings back the 10,20,440 owned games screen and the update button just toggles back to the first screen. The filter shows (erroneously) that I do not own any of the games. Do I need to edit the script or something?

You need to be logged into Steam in the browser. If you are, try going to http://store.steampowered.com/dynamicstore/userdata/ and see if it's a fairly short page with very little there. If it is, refresh that page and see if it expands. If it does, you should be able to go back to the bundle site and reload and it will hopefully work. I have to go and refresh that page almost every time for some reason to get the userscript filter to load my games. I believe the script also needs access to datatables.net, so make sure you're not blocking that access.

[UPDATE] Works in Chrome. The Userdata looks different in Edge; that could be the problem.

Great idea, but the crucial "hide fully (and partially?) owned" option doesn't seem to be working with the api sign-in. It would be great for sales too.
I bookmarked it and will keep and eye on it, this is a great idea to keep track of all Steam bundles (since they're hidden in Steam search even the "included in a pack" is incomplete) and have a direct estimation of price of remaining items.

madjoki i remember you have posted a script that allows to buy steam packs that in some case was impossible to do whem we alredy had one of those games. Since i see some people with the same problem maybe you can add the script to the main post.
if im not mistaked this is the script BundleFix (and maybe add a warning that this is for packs (Purchase Together) and not for bundles (Complete The Set))
