Excuse my stupidity, but I wonder how I contribute to the site in order to enter the Sweepstakes you must have a certain amount!

You make a giveaway...hopefully a non-bundled game but bundled would still be fine. The price of the games you giveaway is reflected into the amount of CV you have unless it's a bundled game you gave away.
