I'd like to say p-ing.
But you can spend them on giveaways and maybe win something. (they refill after a while)

Didn't some people suggest that you read the FAQ in your previous thread? You're not making a good first impression, man.

It is nicely explained in the FAQ: http://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq
Please read it, as it has other important information, too, :3

Each game costs points to enter - 1point (1P) for 1 $ of worth. So a game that costs 10$ in the US Steam store requires 10P to enter.
If one makes a giveaway for a game - let it be a 20$ game - every other user on the site gets 5% of the "entry fee" as points - this time it would be 1 point.
So, essentially, the more expensive the game, the more points it requires to enter. Your points regeneration speed depends on others making giveaways. Max points: 300.

They do everything you force them to if your willpower is high enough.
