It does warn you that sales are final when you go to list something on the market, and I quote:
"You agree that, when a buyer purchases your item, the buyer is being provided with immediate access to this digital content and that therefore any possibility of a withdrawal from the resulting sale ends – the purchase is final."

Nope. You're screwed. You sold it, even if it was a pricing mistake there's nothing you can do about it now.
Don't feel too bad though. You still at least got some value back for your item even if it wasnt full. About a month or so ago, some poor sap sold his $80+ CS:GO knife for literally like $0.08 b/c he wasn't paying close enough attention and selected it instead of a very cheap case he wanted to sell instead.

Nope, that's why you should always triple check the price/item you selected. You do get an e-mail saying who bought your item though, so I could it couldn't hurt to add him and tell him what happened. He might be nice and get you a game or something in return or at least apologise, or he could tell you to **** right off depending on the type of person since it IS technically whoever you sold it to, they don't owe you anything unfortunately. Sorry you messed up, hope you get some lucky drop in the near future you can sell. :)

Things to look at.
1) Does the item actually sell at $12, or was that just the current low listing but nobody ever buys it at that price?
2) If the item does sell at $12, does it regularly sell at $12, or would you have to wait months for it to sell at $12 while worried about others undercutting you? --Time is a matter of worth.
3) Never forget, you just sold a bunch a bits of fake computer information for real money. As long as you didn't do anything special to get that item, no matter what you sold it for, it's free money.
