Problem with AC 4 Black Flag

Some days ago, I bought it from a trader to steamtrades. The key is valid, I downloaded the game normally on steam and when I launch it it normally open uplay. But when I click play from Uplay, the screen becomes all black and a bit later an error message from windows appears (the program doesn't answer or similar, eng isn't my original language so I'm not sure about the translation). So I asked your help... for the one who will find the problem, I promise 2 steam gifts of the game Hydrophobia + all the coupons in my inventory (if they're still valid...)

For everybody else, it says:
ACBFSP.exe doesn't answer.
If you close the program, some info may be lost.
Close the program -
Wait the program's answer

Or similar.

system spec? What u mean?
I have windows 8. I don't think it's an hardware problem, cause, for example, Far Cry 3 runs correctly.

AC4 Black Flag requires a stronger PC to run, compared to FC3.

Yea, while in another language it's still obvious to anyone who's had to troubleshoot.
If the game hasn't started yet, but UPlay has finished, then you're probably encountering issues with the loading screen/movies. Everyone else is already giving adequate advice on graphics and drivers. It might also be a UAC thing, try running it from the exe in Admin mode (with your best graphics card if you have multiple). Some games (I do this on Batman) can skip the loading movies through various means.

Can you answer some questions:

  1. Did you ever play the game before it crashed?
  2. Where did you install the game, on C: or other drive?
  3. Did you try verifying game cache?
  4. Are your drivers up-to-date?

Immediately after you double click the shortcut or the AC4BFSP.exe press ctrl+alt+delete this opens the system options screen with all else minimized, then wait for about 5-10s, and close with cancel. For me the game is now running. (Tested only on Win7)"

in pratica per alcuni c'è un problema al startup, se si riesce a farlo andare in icona minimizzata, aspettare 5 sec e poi riandarci forse funziona

puoi provare a far partire AC4 dall'icona desktop, e prima che vada in fullscreen (ossia prima che si apra del tutto) clicca su steam, in questo modo AC4 dovrebbe andare in icona minimizzata. poi clicca sull'icona minimizzata e vedi se funziona. In alternativa, invece che cliccare su steam, premi ctrl+alt+canc, si apre l'opzioni di sistema, fai annulla e poi clicca sull'icona minimizzata in basso sulla barra delle applicazioni.
