I don't recall seeing this thread around here and I think it's a pretty cool one. You can either recommend someone a game or advise someone not to waste one's time on it. I'll start.

Mark Of The Ninja - A very good stealth-action game. It's like Splinter Cell but in 2D. Although I admit there were times when I was a little bit bored. Overall it's a very good game. Solid 8/10.

Edit:

Here's a collage of all games I've beaten over the years on PC:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

Here's a collage of games in which I've got all achievements (100%):

Finished Farcry 3 fairly recently and I loved it. Total play time circa 47 hours. It's my 2012 GOTY :)

Jolly Rover - Awesome adventure game. It's like a mix of Monkey Island with Little Big Adventure and So Blonde. Humor is amazing in this game. It's definitely worth the money. 8/10

PS: I also collected all achievements in it.

Also Gravity Bone and Thirty Flights of Loving two weeks ago. I had a post about it here but I deleted it by accident. Gravity Bone - 8/10, Thirty Flights of Loving - 4/10

Hitman Absolution. It wasn't bad as many people said though that disguise system can be very annoying sometimes. Also it took me 20 hours to beat the game which is surprisingly long. I'd recommend it when it's discounted (if it's still $5 on Amazon, get it).

Resident Evil 6 - Well, it's an awesome game. I like that there's a lot of action, there's a lot of types of enemies, boss fights are great, cutscenes are nice, the plot is not bad, music is very good and the game is pretty long. On the other hand I don't like that camera sometimes fails, maps are pretty stuffy, the game is very linear, textures (on PC) are terrible, the first chapter in Leon's campaign sucks and some elements of gameplay are very flawed (like for example ride on the snow mobile). But even though there's a few shortcomings I really had a great time with this title and they didn't even bother me very much. But I have to enumerate them as they're there. Okay, my final mark is 8+/10

The Adventures Of Tintin: The Secret Of The Unicorn - A nice game. I really enjoyed it. It was fun, nice and just pleasant. It was way too easy and too short though. 7+/10

Painkiller Hell & Damnation: The Clock Strikes Meat Night DLC - Pretty cool DLC but all of this content should have been in the original in the first place! And I hated the fact that there was no plot at all. 6/10

Painkiller Hell & Damnation: Operation "Zombie Bunker" DLC - This DLC is worst than the one I was talking about above. It's just very, very boring (especially the second map). There's also no plot whatsoever. And it has so many bugs... Meh. Waste of time and money. 3/10

I actually loved the first chapter of Leon's campaign. I started the game with that on professional and felt like I was playing an old school Resident Evil, but that wore off quickly. I've beaten Chris campaign also and have yet to start Jake's.

Portal 2 (singleplayer), currently plowing through Binding of Isaac. Recently unlocked the polaroid. I'm going to consider killing ??? in the chest a completion as I'm not sure I can be bothered with Golden God.

Bastion. Epic story, nice graphics and a linear battle system. Pretty much one of the best I played and finished. (Second to Portal 2 and Bad Company 2)

last game I beat was ArmA 2, not a bad game, but if you think call of duty is in the least way realistic then you are gonna die... a lot. I recommend getting a friend to buy it with you as coop is a much more enjoyable experience.

wow, someone else that actually likes it. : )

Everyone else I've asked, or seen posting there thoughts about the game, seem to just bash it without even having tried it in the first place. I say it's a gem for only $18.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. It was pretty fun, though very short. Only ~4 hours, but fortunately it was only €15 and got Bound in Blood with it.
