Most things and people in general make me cringe, but off late it's been:
People who start their sentence with "Well I'm a vegan/christian/whatever" when that has nothing to do with what we're talking about.
Local women who act like they're white. (I live in India)
Scare Pewdiepie.
Undertale fandom (though I love the game)
SJWs/third wave feminists.

How does this even work? :D
Reminds me of an ongoing joke in one of the groups I'm in, there's an Indian chick who seems to be super butthurt over everything, but she's really just trolling I assume, and the joke is something like "Indian girls shouldn't wear bikinis". It may not sound funny, but in context it usually is, and it's been repeated so much it actually adds the humor value to it, like those ironic "yo mama" jokes.

Oh crap, now that's one post I can really agree with. I don't really like "lol" in the first place, but hey, people are free to use these acronyms if they want - but FOR FUCK'S SAKE at least do it right!

When people message me, then just give 1-2 word replies to everything no matter how hard I try to bring them into the conversation. Like, if they want to watch/listen to me talk to myself, they can come sit in my Twitch stream. As in, a friend messaged me tonight asking me "hi wyd" then no matter what I asked or replied, shed write "k/cool/yah/nah". Then when I gave up and went back to GTA, shed wait a few minutes and go "wyd now". That shit pisses me off to no end. If you want to chat, then make an effort to actually converse back.

For word "savage" it is.
And puns about my country. Well, they aren't even about it, just the name. There are like three of them in total, but for some reason people think no one else ever thought about them and that they are original. It feels like every single time the name gets posted anywhere, there are all of them at least once. T_T Reddit is especially guilty of this, since people are forced by karma to post the first nonsense they've got on their mind and nine times out of ten it is a shitty pun.

Only about your country? :o
Would've thought it was just overused jokes, you shoul get a psychologist to Czech that out

Holy Crap.
I Just Remembered The Thing Which Is The Most Cringe-Worthy Thing In My Opinion.
People Who Fucking Write Like This. Capitalizing Ever Single Word. It's Ugly And Hurts My Eyes And Makes Me Cringe. And I Still Haven't Figured Out Why Some People Constantly Do That. I Even Tried Asking Them, But No Answer. :(

All caps is actually readable. Typing Like This Breaks My Brain.

It is baffling because it takes more effort than all-lowercase or all-uppercase. Optimistically, I hope that maybe they are newspaper editors or headline writers and are finding it hard to shake the habit in their off hours... because there is really no other explanation.

The only possible explanation I found was that they use a crappy online translator or something, and it automatically capitalizes every words.

I think there was one Asian (don't remember the country) guy who admitted to this here, but it was noticable he wasn't proficient in the language even without that. Still, if you used a good online translator, your comments would be semi-gibberish, even though capitalized correctly. So if it makes sense but Is Just Like This, in 99% cases it is a native English speaker.
I remember a guy from the US here doing the same. He even had a profile desription addressing the issue I think. We need to find and interview interrogate him! >:3

People not knowing the difference between "definitely" and "defiantly", although the resulting sentences are sometimes amusing.
People who see harmless insects and are immediately moved to kill them without even a second thought.
The word "turgid" used in any context.
Wasabi.
Anyone who genuinely judges someone else on the basis of musical taste.
People who don't wash their hands.

People believe different things and are motivated by different things...
Why do you think having children is such a bad idea?

Yes, that's the problem, it wouldn't be appreciated...
Some people think humanity is cancer and should be wiped out(would stop the chain even better), but that wouldn't be appreciated either...

I guess they should of checked their grammar, but then again it's a really common mistake among non-native English speakers
