i used the following ingredients to make a breakfast shake

blackberries
strawberries
bananas
water

Is this acceptable for a breakfast?

Actually, it doesn't change the taste at all. Bananas alone cover up the taste. It's just a green goop that tastes sweet like a banana.

Yeah, I find the consistency to be a bit better than just water. Sometimes I'll make it the night before and put it in the freezer, then eat it with a spoon in the morning.

Try this, used to make these daily.

1 Cup Dry Oats
1 Banana
1 Green Apple
2 TB spoon plain granola
1/2 Cup Almond Milk (regular is fine too)
1 Cup Water
1 TB spoon protein powder (Vanilla flavor is best)
1 TB spoon Flax Seed
1/2 Cup Kale

Edit: Forgot to mention to blend it in a blender lolz

It's a lot of ingredients but it's really tasty and will leave you feeling full for several hours.
