If it's not a steam key/gift it's not allowed.

1) No, it's not allowed

2) No calling out, contact support instead and close this or at least remove the link

3) Do not mark it as received

There should be a Steam redeemable key when you open the link. That's how you're supposed to "gift" Humble Bundles, from what I hear you're technically not supposed to split them, and give seperate people seperate keys.

Not correct. Humble Gifts are a URL, you go to the page and "claim" it. From that page you will have multiple Steam keys to activate on Steam. On the same page, Non-Steam items (soundtracks, artworks, etc) will just have download links for those items.

OP got those links, not the full Bundle URL.

Ah, alright then. Thought he/she received the gift link.

Wait, it wasn't a Steam key? Don't mark it received if it was just the Humble download links.

There would be a steam key for the game somewhere on the top too i guess.

I'm not entirely sure how it works, but I know you can be gifted an entire bundle with page, keys, links and all and that's perfectly fine. Giving away individual keys is more problematic.

But giving away the link to another person's (namely the 'gifter') download page, eeengh. Sounds like piracy to me.

I think the same

All games must be Steam redeemable.
From the rules.

What's wierd is, how could he give him the link without giving an username and password? If you just give the link, you're gifting the whole bundle for someone to claim it, and when it's already claimed, it's linked to an account.

On a side note: where do these profile pictures (like OP's) come from? I see tons of users with similar pictures...

If you only received the DRM free links and no steam keys contact the creator and ask for a steam redeemable version.
If he gives it to you - great.
If not, you can set it as not received and create a support ticket to report him.
