It's the only Latino with a cigar that I can remotely think off. Especially being the only Tropico being bundled only 1x as I can recall.

Wouldn't call it 'predictions' in 100% strictly-for-our-own-entertainment threads like these. 'Guess-work' is a better term ;)

The Mafiosi could be a number of games. Plenty of cheapo games like that though doubtful it's Omerta even it's being dumped last year for pennies.
