So i got a couple of questions about region lock.

  1. If a game isn't region locked and I activate it and after a while it gets a region lock will I still be able to play it?
  2. Is Saints Row 4 region locked? (its 17 euro in Russia :D)

I have not heard of a game becoming region locked after it was released. And I don't think that Saints 4 is region locked. But it also isn't out yet so things can change.

  2. I really don't know. All I know, it's not locked in MY region, whatever region I am.

Yes, SR4 from RU/CIS is locked to these countries:
