[Technical Problem] TF2 and CS:S crashing on exit... :-(

So... I have a question.

Is this happening to anybody else? Let's just say that 4 times of 5 tries my game just crashes after exit.

What's causing this problem? How to solve this? It's annoying as hell!

My TF2 crashes 100% of the time on exiting. HL2.exe. It's valve. They sell hats. They're not a software company.

I get always the same goodbye message after playing TF2 as well.
