appears there is a demo with separate achievements.
It's just a guess, but usually when a game goes f2p the demo is pulled.
If you care about a soon-to-be-rare completion, need to do the game now.
(the main achievements carry over into the demo on launch. demo has some kind of level cap so i'm not sure you can complete the demo alone)
