$14 isn't equivalent to 12 Euros! Or at least, not according to Google. Or are you taking the market price for keys? If so, that's the worst way to go about it. Find a seller on TF2 Outpost or something selling keys for $1.80 PayPal each, that'll cost you about $13.

Buy from someone who has it from AMD promotion, from stores like ebay, or trading forums like Steamtrades.(you may need tf2 keys instead)

I saw they gave it with AMD APUs this year, as long as BF4, but it's over now as I see, seems their keys gone fast because buying an APU for 124€ and selling BF4 for 1/4 of it's price, was a good deal to get an APU cheaper. Also you could even resell the APU for less money making profit.

But it might be a little bit cheaper on steamtrades, I saw offers for around 6-7keys (11€) for base game or around 10keys (18€) for base game + season pass!
If this is not cheap enough you have to wait!

Catch it on a sale on Steam and trade for it, or use a legitimate retailer like GreenManGaming or whatever. Avoid those cd-key seller sites like g2a/kinguin/cdkeyprices/gameguidesworld/etc. though. They are NOT legit, but people buy from them anyway because they're idiots that only care about cheap prices.
